Born and raised in West Wales in the UK. Moved to Carmarthen in 1999 and completed a BA in 2003.

Found objects, music, video, photography and performance explore themes of memory, nostalgia and aesthetics. The work reassesses the objects and their ‘useful’ life, examines the fallibility of memory and preconceived notions of narrative and aesthetic value. The faults of broken machines and degraded media are examined and utilised, challenging the viewer to reassess their ideas of aesthetic value. Film and video is used to both document live art performance and installation work, and within the installations, adding to the visual environment. Video works also function as pieces in their own right, exploring notions of the spiritual through repetition and duration.

I also produce films with other artists, local groups and oganisations including animation for Fishguard Art Society's Big Draw Project, a short documentary for Naturewise:Teifi Community Garden project, a short documentary for sculptor Heather Jansch, as well as filming productions for Opera Teifi, Cardigan Theatre Players, Ceredigion People First, Ymlaen Ceredigion and Menter Aberteifi.
